Shipping

We will ship your order within 3-7days after receiving payment and a tracking number will be provided for all shipping options. For security reasons, any changes to the address after the order is placed will not be accepted. 


USA
For domestic destinations we offer 3 flat rates:
  • USPS First Class FREE of charge orders $70 or more, otherwise $5.95 (approx. delivery time 10-20 business days).  
  • USPS Priority $10.95 (approx. delivery time 10-20 business days) 
  • USPS Express $34.95 (delivery time 10-20 business days; order needs to be placed by 12pm CST to be delivered next business day).

You can also get your order shipped by UPS and rates are based on the weight of your order.

International

Part of the goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remainingitems are produced and shipped directly from our ownfactories located in the United StatesCanada.and Australia.

We offer 5 shipping services and rates are based on the weight of your order. Delivery time and availability of services depend on the country the package is going to. 

Any import taxes are responsibility of the Customer.

  • USPS First Class Package International (delivery time 10-20 business days) FREE of charge orders $250 or more, otherwise pay per weight. This shipping service is provided by national postal services.
  • UPS Standard (delivery time 10-20 business days) 
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (delivery time10-20 business days)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver (delivery time 10-20 business days)
  • DHL Worldwide (delivery time 10-20 business days)
